The Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Sheikh (Prof.) Ali Isa Pantami has felicitated Nigerian Muslims on the arrival of Ramadan 1444 AH.
A message was posted on his verified social media handles, congratulating the Muslim community on the arrival of Ramadan, praying, “May Almighty Allah (SWT) make us among the major beneficiaries of the month.”
It had been gathered that the month of Ramadhan is one the busiest times for the most performing Nigerian minister, as he embarks on daily tafsir at An-Nuur mosque, Wuse II, Abuja.
According to the details released by the organiser, the Hausa session of the tafsir holds every day, from 4:50pm to 5:50pm while weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) have been dedicated for the English session.
The session, aired live on his verified Facebook page, began with explanation of Surah Al-Imran, Qur’an 3, verse 80, where Allah says, “And he would never ask you to take angels and prophets as lords. Would he ask you to disbelieve after you have submitted?”
“May Almighty Allah make us among the beneficiaries of the Qur’an and the prestigious month of Ramadhan”, Sheikh Pantami added.
