The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah concluded a 6-hour intensive workshop for master users of the e-Haj system from over 50 countries. The workshop aimed to ensure a positive and fulfilling Hajj experience for every pilgrim.
Deputy Hajj Minister Dr. Ayed AlGuwainim and consultant Dr. Badr AlSulaimi expressed their commitment to the directive of the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, emphasizing the importance of leaving no stone unturned in creating a positive impression of the Kingdom for every pilgrim.
During the workshop, which took place yesterday in Jeddah, participants engaged in discussions centered around challenges and enhancements related to the e-Haj portal. Each user had the opportunity to share their individual experiences and provide valuable feedback, aiming to overcome any difficulties faced while interacting with the e-Haj portal.
The workshop served as a platform for open discourse and problem-solving, with the goal of improving the functionality and user experience of the e-Haj portal. By actively addressing challenges and seeking user input, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah strives to enhance the pilgrimage journey and ensure the satisfaction of pilgrims from around the world.
