Brotherhood: “The believers are but brothers, so make a settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy (49:10).”
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Umar: Allah’s Apostle said, “A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of discomfort, Allah will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection; and whoever screened a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Resurrection. Suhih Bukhari” Volume 3, Book 43, Number 622:
Divorce: There is no blame if you divorce women before the marriage is consummated or the dowry is settled. But give them a ˹suitable˺ compensation—the rich according to his means and the poor according to his. A reasonable compensation is an obligation on the good-doers. [2:236]
The Prophet (SAW) said: Of all the lawful acts, the most detestable to Allah is divorce. ‘Abd Allah bin Umar said that he divorced his wife while she was menstruating during the time of the Apostle of Allaah
Child-upbringing: O You Who Believe! Why do you say that you do not practice? It greatly incurs the wrath of God to say what you do not practice. (61:2-3)
“Your children have the right of receiving equal treatment, just as you have the right that they should honor you.” (Abu Dawoud). “Whoever is put to trial by having to raise daughters and he treats them generously (with benevolence), then these daughters will act as a shield for him from Hellfire.” (Al-Bukhari, Hadith-5569).
Marriage: “It is He who created you from one soul and created from it its mate that he might dwell in security with her. And when he covers her, she carries a light burden and continues therein. And when it becomes heavy, they both invoke Allah, their Lord, ‘If You should give us a good [child]’, we will surely be among the grateful.” Quran (7:189)
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “When a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion, so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half.” (Bukhari)
The creation of Human: “Verily We created man from a product of wet earth; then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe lodging; then We fashioned the drop into a clot, then We fashioned the clot into a little lump, then We fashioned the little lump into bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of Creators!” [23:12-14]
Allah’s Apostle, the true and truly inspired, said, “(The matter of the Creation of) a human being is put together in the womb of the mother in forty days, and then he becomes a clot of thick blood for a similar period, and then a piece of flesh for a similar period.
